Appreciated Kirkenes, the hotel was wonderful and unusual costly to join for extra activities. The stuff was attentive, some of them especially. I was happy, the family queen room I booked came with a clean sheet, a mattress in a sleeping bag wrapped up in a clean sheet, all ice. Location: the venue was short walk to Up Norway, and the restaurant was. I recommend this hotel, spent here amazing 1 night...

The husky hikes were exhilarating. Our room was beautifully carved, with characters from "Frozen," which delighted our little one. Dinner was divine!

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Had unforgettable stay during winter time with flexible staff and stunning location to pasvik national park. Lovely and impressive room, the bathroom was spacious. Superb view, the bed was comfortable.

a dream for weekend explorers with amazing local activities

My overnight stay included watching the northern lights and an engaging tour with warm woolen socks and balaclava provided were good, but nice. The excellent breakfast had local specialties that were a treat to wake up to. It's ideal for those who love unique experiences and like being close to nature, but the ice room can be a bit chilly for those who prefer more conventional comforts.

We enjoyed an exhilarating snowshoe tour and went ice fishing for arctic char. The cabins were fine with big windows for watching the Northern Lights. Staff were friendly, and the hot chocolate was the best! Activities are organized well.

One downside was that service could be a bit slow at times, especially during meals. It took a while to get our orders, frustrating, but we managed to go with the flow.

The snow room was such a unique experience! It was cold, obviously, but the sleeping bags were surprisingly warm. Each room is beautifully carved, and the atmosphere is unreal. You really feel like you're in another world. Just a heads up, it can be a little tricky getting the room dark enough at night, which might be annoying if you're sensitive to light.
